A New Agenda for the World Planning Community”

The Second WPSC was worried about how planning should address differences of culture and places taking into consideration the global forces that affect territories, how spatial justice could be defined in the light of diversity, and how to convert diversity and multiplicity into effective resources for the betterment of urban life.
